New Referee Training for 2024:
a. If this is the first time you register as a volunteer, click “Register Now” and follow the registration process. b. You will be assigned an AYSO ID number (as a volunteer).
c. Volunteer for referee role -use the "2024 Fall Soccer - Primary (players/coaches)" entry 2. Click the AYSOU button to goto AYSOU and take the online Safe Haven training, the AYSO/CDC Concussion course, and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest course if you have not taken them. 3. Using AYSOU, take the online referee training class. Complete before coming to the field session. a. Refer to this doc for access to AYSOU and how to sign up for training: ref_instructions b. Enroll in the companion field session. Goto AYSOU -> Training Event -You should see the class on the the calendar view(8/24). Just hit Enroll. 4. Attend the companion field session. a. 8/24, Saturday, 9:30-1:30pm, Millbrae Rec Center(TBD Room) b. 9/29, Sunday, 9:30-1:30pm. Millbrae Rec Center(TBD Room) Ref Refresher Meeting(Confirmed):
9/4, Wednesday, 6-9pm, Millbrae Library(Room A)
Season Dates:
5U-14U games from early September thru November 16U/18U’s start playing in August and finish in October.

The AYSO Incident Report Form is used whenever there is a personal injury, damaged property, or threats of or actual physical violence surrounding an AYSO game, practice, event or property. The form should be prepared by the coach, AYSO Official, or AYSO Volunteer which may be a member of the regional staff such as the regional safety director, or by tournament or event staff members. Note: This form should NOT be completed by a parent unless the parent is the coach.
